Josie Bell Lindsay, M.S.O.D.

Josie Bell Lindsay, M.S.O.D., has a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and provides overall corporate strategy for our clients, maintains consultant and content quality, recruits and coaches our trainers and consultants, provides necessary resources to consultants, and offers first-level contact with clients and partners. 

 

Mark F. Lindsay, J.D., M.A.

Mark F. Lindsay, J.D., M.A., is an attorney and a former White House Assistant to the President and senior advisor to the President.  He determines and maintains strategic client partnerships across multiple industry and government sectors and is one of our top-level speakers at conventions and conferences.

 

J. Goosby Smith, M.B.A., Ph.D.

J. Goosby Smith, M.B.A., Ph.D., is an Assistant Provost of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.  She determines program strategy and curriculum design; provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; delivers training and coaching to clients; and interacts directly with clients on behalf of the president and CEO. She also trains and coaches new consultants to ensure New Market Veterans quality standards are met.

 

Velvet Weems-Landingham, Ph.D.

Velvet Weems-Landingham, Ph.D., Organization Behavior, and M.S., Management and Public Policy, is an assistant professor of Management and Information Systems at Kent State University, where she coaches teams on moving from chaos to performance, emotional intelligence and team formation. She determines program strategy and curriculum design; provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; delivers training and coaching to clients; and interacts directly with clients on behalf of the president and CEO. She also trains and coaches new consultants to ensure New Market Veterans quality standards are met.

 

Carla A. Morris, M.S.J.

Carla A. Morris, M.S.J., determines and maintains strategic client partnerships across multiple industry and government sectors and offers first-level contact with clients and partners.  She holds an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University, with additional coursework from the Kellogg School in organizational development, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, and the Cape Cod Institute in Massachusetts with Dr. Edgar Schein. 

 

Leslie D. Parchment, M.P.H.

Leslie D. Parchment, M.P.H., is a medical doctor and holds a Master’s in Public Health and Health Care Administration.  She provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting, with a focus on health and wellness and will deliver training and coaching to clients.

 

Joseph E. Simmons, IV, M.S.

Joseph E. Simmons, IV, M.S., is a former Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Military Office.  He provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting, and delivers training and coaching to clients.

 

Martha J. Lindeman, Ph.D.

Martha J. Lindeman, Ph.D., Psychology, is an expert facilitator, presenter, and workshop leader who engages teams in process tasks and personal improvement.  She provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting, and delivers training and coaching to clients.

 

Obasi H. Akan, Ph.D.

Obasi H. Akan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management, Department of Management / College of Business and Economics, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a retired Lieutenant, Military Intelligence, U.S. Army.  He provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; and will deliver training and coaching to clients.

 

James B. Bezjian, Ph.D.

James B. Bezjian holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Edinborough, Scotland; an M.A. in International Business from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and has an M.B.A in Management from Azusa Pacific University.  He provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; and will deliver training and coaching to clients.

 

Joseph A. Collier, M.A.

Joseph A. Collier is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, with an M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy Counseling, and teaches leadership and instructional system design courses at the Air Force Non-Commissioned Academy.  He provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; and will deliver training and coaching to clients. 

 

Vivien N. Greer

Vivien N. Greer, Retired U.S. Army Central, is a former Human Resources Manager, Equal Opportunity Advisor and Recruiter who directed recruiting and retention centers for soldiers in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait.  She provides research, analysis, and material development for education, training, coaching, and consulting; and will deliver training and coaching to clients.
