Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
New Market Veterans LLC (NMV) goes to great lengths to ensure that all products sold/delivered are of the grade, level, certification, condition, and the quantity purchased. Given the nature of the products, NMV will accept no returns and make no exchanges, and will offer credit only under the following conditions:
Product(s) is/are damaged upon receipt; and/or if
Product(s) is/are the incorrect grade, level, certification, condition and/or quantity ordered and purchased; and
Product(s) have been paid in full.
Should any of the above conditions exist, this must be communicated to NMV within 72-hours of receipt along with date-stamped photos and or videos verifying full inspection with detail as to the issue(s) and the original purchase order and/or receipt.
