Dave Adams, Founder + CEO
A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Adams has spent 35 years in the management of services, software and supply chain solutions for the military and in the private sector. Commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy in 1984, he was a Naval Aviator and completed three squadron tours before being assigned to The Navy Postgraduate school where he received his master’s degree in Operations Research.
Upon retirement from the Navy in 1996, Mr. Adams joined Pepsi-Cola where he started a career that spanned many industries, solving different business / organizational problems leveraging multiple forms of technology. Mr. Adams has either been the founder or part of the founding management team for eight different problem-solving startups. Each of which has been focused on removing cost from an industry supply chain while improving the end customer’s experience.
Recognizing a pressing need to help Veterans returning from the various conflicts, he decided to apply his experience in building teams, creating businesses and solving problems to address some of the problems faced by Veterans.
