Carla A. Morris, M.S.J., determines and maintains strategic client partnerships across multiple industry and government sectors and offers first-level contact with clients and partners. She holds an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University, with additional coursework from the Kellogg School in organizational development, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, and the Cape Cod Institute in Massachusetts with Dr. Edgar Schein.
Ms. Morris is a former senior consultant at both Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she helped create organizational behavior and communications cross-functional departments. Her client work has focused on building effective communications, creating efficient work teams, and specifically helping teams overcome barriers that prevent them from offering superior products and services to their clients and customers. Her clients have included government agencies, non-profits, school systems, associations, small businesses and corporations.
Ms. Morris teaches leadership skills, consulting strategies, facilitation techniques, self-managed team strategies, cultural diversity and resilience strategies, mentoring skills, change management skills, empowerment and coaching strategies, and she is in demand as a facilitator of creative team building retreats, among other organizational development initiatives. She is experienced in organizational analysis and culture assessment and has directed numerous tailored organizational development approaches.
